It seems I'm going down a foody path for the last few days of this challenge. I think it's a mixture of too much freelance sucking up my creativity and my tummy telling me I'm hungry!
This rosemary and garlic pizza was insanely good - and insanely easy to make:
Plain flour in a bowl mixed with some non-fat pot set natural yoghurt (just enough to make the flour doughy). Knead it out on a board sprinkled with plain flour. Pop it on a tray lined with baking paper. Add some crushed gralic, sprinkle of salt and fresh rosemary sprigs and then pop it in a 180°C oven for about 15-20 minutes. Once out drizzle a teeny bit of olive oil on top.
